Recognised as an innovative search partner in the Food & Agribusiness space, Ruben  has built a successful track record in executing leadership mandates across the value chain from farm to fork. Ruben’s expertise spans Agribusiness, Ingredients and Flavors, Food and Beverage Manufacturing and AgriFoodTech. He works alongside Corporates, Cooperatives,  Investors and Entrepreneurs. 

 

Before AGL, Ruben worked for international executive search firms in Europe and the United States, building their Food & Agribusiness practices from the ground up.

 

Fluent in English, French, Hebrew and conversational in Spanish, Ruben has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and North America. He currently splits his time between North America and EMEA.
