With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, he specializes in building leadership teams across the full value chain, from inputs and ingredients through to application, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
He has worked closely with mid-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies across food, agribusiness, nutrition, and packaging.
Ruben works across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and is fluent in English, French, conversational Spanish, and Hebrew.
