He has led numerous international leadership searches across a wide range of therapeutic areas, technologies and geographies — with both public and Private Equity / investor-backed organizations.

Prior to establishing AGL Executive Search in 2019, Gordon spent twenty years with international search firms including Odgers Berndtson and Carmichael Fisher, building the network and pattern recognition that now anchor the firm’s Healthcare practice.

Gordon splits his time between North America and Europe, and has lived and worked in the UK, India, Mexico, and Canada — giving him a genuinely global perspective on where leadership talent sits and how to reach it.
