With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, Erik has built his career partnering with C-suite and senior executives to help them solve complex business challenges. Bringing his unique perspectives from time at global multi-national corporations and boutique regional organizations, Erik has consistently operated at the intersection of strategic growth and technology.

He understands the shifting dynamics at play and how business decisions around people, data and AI are impacting operational performance, risk, and competitive advantage, particularly in environments where reliability and precision are non-negotiable.

Fluent in English and French, Erik is based in Vancouver, Canada, and has lived and worked across Europe and Asia, giving him a genuinely international perspective that he brings to all his engagements with AGL Executive Search.
